We believe work wins and details matter. We believe our clients, which include individuals, regional companies, and Fortune 500 corporations, deserve outstanding and responsive representation. In early 2006, we formed this law firm based on these principles. While we are a new firm, we have collectively practiced law for more than twenty years.

We are zealous and strategic advocates for our clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, and before federal and state administrative agencies.

We do not engage in volume litigation, preferring to devote our resources, attention, and energies to a select group of cases and projects.

Our investments in technology have produced a paperless office, and have enabled our attorneys and staff to communicate amongst ourselves and with our clients quickly and seamlessly, whether we are in the office, on the road, or on the river. We pride ourselves on being available to our clients whenever and wherever they need us.
