Russell D. Giancola
Mr. Giancola is an associate of the firm and focuses his
practice on admiralty & maritime, insurance coverage, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino,
Judge of the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
Mr. Giancola obtained his law degree in 2005 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he served as Production Editor of the
University of Colorado Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 with a B.A. in Sociology and Government.
Mr. Giancola is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the Allegheny County and Federal Bar Associations,
and the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
Away from the office, Mr. Giancola enjoys spending time with his
wife, Claire, and daughter, Isabel.
